Md. Hanif is the Chairman of Comilla Developments and Holdings Ltd. He was born in Paikdi village, Shah Mohammadpur Union, Sadar Thana, Chandpur district. After completing his education, he began his business career by trading in building construction materials, specifically rods and cement, in the Uttara residential area of Dhaka city. Two decades ago, he ventured into the real estate industry in Dhaka. His good conduct, honesty, diligence, and commitment to business allowed him to achieve success in a relatively short time. Today, he is a prominent real estate businessman with a strong reputation throughout the country. All glory for our success is rightfully attributed to the boundless grace of Almighty Allah.

After completing his education, he worked for approximately ten years in a company in Singapore. Upon returning to Bangladesh, he started a real estate business in Dhaka two decades ago. His exemplary behavior, honesty, perseverance, and commitment to his work enabled him to achieve success in a short period. Today, he is a well-respected real estate businessman, with a reputation that extends throughout the country.
